The Mountain Air Program was created
in March 2005 when CAF found it difficult to find
suitable vacation homes for the people we serve. St. Moritz
Lodge in the Tahoe Donner Resort was built to create a
spacious, luxurious vacation home to accommodate
large groups and still be affordable.
Our CAF family has
a terrific time there!
In addition to CAF using St. Moritz for
staff retreats and vacation getaways for our consumers,
we also rent the lodge, at very reasonable rates. Anyone
wishing to spend a relaxing fun filled time in a beautiful
location where hiking, swimming, canoeing, horseback riding,
jet skiing shopping, snow and water skiing or just lying
around on the beaches of nearby Lake Tahoe are only minutes

TAHOE DONNER
RESORT:
Tahoe Donner
is a 6,000-acre resort on the northwest edge of Truckee.
It was begun in 1971, and has just over 6,000 lots. About
half of them are built on. The resort has lots of amenities,
including (winter) a championship cross country skiing
course, a beginners’ downhill
ski area, and a snow play area, and (summer) an eighteen
hole golf course, equestrian center, hiking and biking
trails, tennis, rock climbing, windsurfing, and swimming
pool, and (all year) a fitness center with indoor pool.
St. Moritz is a great place to stay!
