2010 Autism Awareness Events Calendar

April is Autism Awareness Month. Our goal is to spread awareness and raise money to help support people with autism and other developmental disabilities. Please join us at the following events throughout April.

*Saturday April 2nd, 8:00am to 3:00pm

• CAF Congreso Familiar Mini – Conference
• Congreso Familiar is an Organization for the Spanish Speaking Autism Community. Hosting their conference in the Warehouse of CAF would help to create a friendship with their organization. Conference to be held in the Warehouse of CAF located at, 4075 Lakeside Dr. Richmond, CA 94806
  

* Thursday April 7^th, 4:30pm to 7:30pm

• A Better Chance School’s Open House
• Tour our nonpublic school for kids, ages 6-22, with autism & other developmental disabilities. Or come speak with our teachers and staff and learn more about ABC school! Located at 4138 Lakeside Drive, Richmond, CA 94806
  

* Saturday April 9th, 6:30pm to 9:00pm

• Fundraiser at Round Up Bar in Lafayette

o        Half of the Nights tips and a percentage of Liquor sales will go towards CAF. The Round Up is Located at 3553 Mount Diablo Blvd, Lafayette, CA 94549

* Thursday, April 28^th6:00pm to 9:00pm

• Montclair Bistro Celebrity Bartender Event Located at, 6118 Medau Place, Oakland, CA 94611

* Friday April 30th, 10:00apm to 12:00pm

• CAF Parents and Friends Meeting & Parent Workshops located at the California Autism Foundation, 4075 Lakeside Drive, Richmond, CA 94806

* Note: Casino Night was canceled. We hope to organize this event for next year.
